Production of nitrile gloves at Setia Ibarat’s glove manufacturing division began in 2010. Our state-of-the-art 57-acre manufacturing facility produces non-allergic powder-free nitrile gloves, an excellent alternative to natural rubber gloves.
Our high dexterity synthetic polymer gloves are tear and puncture-resistant, making it a versatile choice for customers. It also has strong barrier protection and is a non-allergic option for users with protein allergy to natural rubber latex.
Our insatiable thirst for success since our inception saw our gloves production capacity tripled. Currently, our production capacity can produce 600 million gloves per day to date but we remain hungry. We are charging ahead to ramp up gloves production to produce 1.4 billion gloves per day by early 2019. Such is the commitment Setia Ibarat places to ensure growth and success in the short and long term.
While putting emphasis on growth, we also value investing in our ‘people’ to maximize our efficiency to create consistent well-produced products.
We promote highly conducive feedback environment at every stage of production , to promote a work culture that perpetually improves production effectiveness, product evolution and organizational efficiency. The stage is set for us to achieve more market share whilst meeting local and global demands.
